I have been super busy in the new studio. Lots and lots of babies
It really is starting to feel like home. Thanks to all of you who stop by to see what’s new here on the blog and sorry my posts have been few and short. I’m on facebook, look me up I’d love to be friends
I tend to post more on facebook as it’s easier and can do it right from my phone. I think there is a plugin that I can add to my blog to make it easy to join my friends list but don’t have the time to sit down and figure it out so hopefully that will happen soon.

So this session has been a long time coming. Mom and I met this summer when our boys played baseball on the same team. Really enjoy hanging out with them! They brought the Harley and their ipods. Is that one cool bike, or what? I have sooo many favorites…so many! My daughter has a bit of a crush on these two. I can see why, such handsome boys!

A few weeks ago I was designing a book for a client and went searching for quotes about brothers. I found this quote and when I read it I got chills and knew it was perfect for the page. Then a week or so later was designing a birth announcement and again thought it was a perfect match to the image. I just love it and was wishing I had an image of my boys so that I could use it to. Well, this past weekend we did some family images and I got an image of them together I absolutely love so now I get to use this beautiful quote too :)

Oh boy, oh boy were these two fast! Mom, dad and I sure got a work out! Super cute kiddos and super nice parents!

Ha ha! Mom joked that they should be called the poop family wearing all brown. I felt like I was shooting my own family during this session. I have two older boys and a daughter just about the same ages as these kiddos. Super cute kids that had me laughing the entire session. Thanks “D” family it was nice to see you again!

This little guy only wanted his momma when I first met up with them at the gardens. I was a little worried we would get any grins out of him, but it didn’t take him long to warm up.

I have to tell you that this family made it soooo easy! You could absolutely tell that they just loved being together. I hope you can feel it because I certainly felt it behind the camera!

Isn’t the little guy adorable? He told me several new jokes during our session and I think I may have missed some shots I was laughing so hard (don’t worry mom you have TONS to choose from) !
“J” : “How do you get a kleenex to dance?”
“Me” : “How?”
“J”: “Put a boogie in it!”
Seriously, you’re cracking up aren’t you? Remember “J”, the next time I see you I’m expecting some fresh cilantro!
We went to the park today and Emma found this pile of cotton wood (?), not sure if that’s what you call it. Anyway, she told me she wanted to make a wish. Guess what she wished for? A pony, yes a pony. At least my girl knows how to wish big!
The sad part is as were were walking home she said, “I wonder if my pony will be in the backyard when we get home?”

Their adventure has begun and I’ll be posting images of the new addition in a day or two. Stay tuned…
