He melts my heart…
Newborn models needed!
I am hosting a workshop at my studio March 2nd and 3rd. A group of photographers will be attending to learn how I photograph newborn babies. I can’t have a workshop about newborns without newborns so I need your help
I would like to do a live newborn session and need at least two babies 14 days or newer. If you are expecting mid to late February or scheduled to have a c-section at the end of February and are interested in beautiful images of your new baby please contact me.
The session will be complimentary and include a very nice print credit as a thank you for letting us use your baby as one of our models.
I may also need some child models, I will let you know if I do
Thanks so much and look forward to hearing from you!
**Update** We have enough newborn models for the workshop. Thanks so much everyone!
Then and Now!
One of my favorite things about being a photographer is watching “my” babies grow. I really don’t know where the time goes. I photographed this little one when she was brand new and just had her one year session at the studio the other day. I have photographed big brother several times and it was so nice to see them again. Baby “E” was a little unsure of me at first but soon warmed up. Big brother was so good and we got some great stuff of him too!
Baby “E” brand new…
and now…
What a doll!
Isn’t he ADORABLE! I just love his hair. His mom and dad were awesome to work with and look forward to our next session

In the studio :)
I have been super busy in the new studio. Lots and lots of babies
It really is starting to feel like home. Thanks to all of you who stop by to see what’s new here on the blog and sorry my posts have been few and short. I’m on facebook, look me up I’d love to be friends
I tend to post more on facebook as it’s easier and can do it right from my phone. I think there is a plugin that I can add to my blog to make it easy to join my friends list but don’t have the time to sit down and figure it out so hopefully that will happen soon.

Let’s try this again…
Remember the little guy who wasn’t feeling well during our session? Well, we got to hang out again recently and am so glad we did. His images had me giggling the whole time I was proofing. Looking forward to our fall session, hopefully it won’t be 95 degrees outside

Oh the CUTENESS!
I just love this family! I have been photographing big brother for several years now and look forward to each session. I cannot believe little sister is already a year. They are both beautiful kids with the coolest parents!
Here are more the “C” family session…

Oh my word!
I am totally in love with this photo. The newborn in the chair in my flash header above is now an ADORABLE little one year old. I can hardly believe it’s been a year. I opened this photo and gasped. I smiled, then laughed. I closed the photo and opened another and went back to look at it again. I have probably done this 10 times today! Those lips, those cheeks, the way the mulch makes a beautiful natural background. I have tons to share from this session when I’m finished but wanted you to see what has made me smile at least 10 times today!

I’ve been busy!
Sorry for the posting delay but it’s been a little crazy around here! I have lots, and I mean LOTS of images to share! I guess I just needed a little nudge (thank you Colleen) to get my act together and share some recent sessions. None of these are sneak peeks as all my clients have seen their images but each deserve their spot featured on the blog, so here it goes…
First up, this Adorable little 1 year old, and I mean Adorable with a capitol A! It turns out he wasn’t feeling so well and although we got a few cute images we had to cut our session short and are reshooting in a couple weeks when he is feeling like is regular chipper self. It is very important to me that my clients get a gallery full of images that capture their children, every single ounce of them! I look forward to seeing him again. I mean c’mon look at him, who wouldn’t want to spend time with this Adorable(yes, with a capitol A) little fella!!

My favorite…
