  • Hi There!

I have been married to my high school crush for 17 years. I can honestly say I'm as much in love today as the day I convinced him he wasn't getting rid of me :) We have 3 amazing kids. 2 boys and a girl. Each of them are completely unique and as individual as can be. I like that. It would be boring if everyone was the same. It may sound cliche but they truly are my inspiration.

I have been told I have a gift for seeing babies and kids the way their parents see them. I like that too. I want to be a trend setter, I don't enjoy the view of someone's coattails. While wanting to constantly be challenging myself to come up with new ideas my main goal is to give you images that you will treasure for years and years to come.

I really do have the best clients on the planet, so many have become dear friends. Thank you to those of you who have trusted me with your precious memories. I look forward to making many new friends in the years to come.

Rainy Day Mini

Happy Spring!!  I love this time of year!  I’ve been confined to the studio setting all winter and it’s always refreshing and gets my creative juices flowing to be able to get outside.  I noticed this yellow tree on my way to the studio and it inspired this last minute mini session.  I don’t do many mini sessions, and they always sell out so I don’t see these lasting long.  I’m also trying this sign up thing for the first time so hopefully it goes smoothly.  I only have 10 slots available.  A fun umbrella, some rain boots and this gorgeous tree will be the perfect art for your walls!  I will send an invoice when I receive your sign up.  Payment holds your slot!   Sign up here:

Early bird/last minute SENIOR mini!

Maybe you didn’t get those class of 2014 senior images yet or you’d like to be ahead of the game for 2015.  This mini is perfect for both!  Since we will have a Class of 2015 SENIOR in our house  I thought it would be fun to do a few more senior sessions this year.  This is FANTASTIC deal.  I don’t do many mini sessions and I have never done a SENIOR mini.  The fee includes the session fee.  Sessions must be paid when booked and there are only 5 available as summer/fall is my busiest time of year.  All sessions will be photographed at the studio Monday-Friday.  No weekends.  All images you see below were photographed outside at the studio and I have a large selection of backdrops inside.

(KISS) Valentines Day Mini Sessions 2014

Mini Session day will be Saturday Jan. 25th.  I have 10 sessions available.  Please e-mail me at  I’ll need your e-mail address for sending the invoice and your top two appointment time preferences.  They will be booked in the order I receive payment.  The session is $65, 20 minutes, one chalkboard background, maximum of 2 kids.  You’ll receive 4 digital files e-mailed to you.  I will have a couple heart props and a red chair if you’d like to use them.  The beauty of this mini is you can use them for Valentines and because I’ve chosen a neutral background you can display them all year round.

Happy St. Patricks Day!

I just finished up this session and thought there were too many great shots not to share a bunch!  I also wanted to share the vendor of the cute little ruffle romper.  There are many vendors who sell similar items but I’ve had a couple clients bring in this one in particular and I love them because they are so soft.  Babies love wearing them.   Some of them can be a little scratchy and the more comfortable your baby feels the better chance we have of capturing happy expressions!   Here is the link of their facebook page:  and here is there etsy page:

I hope you all have a LUCK filled day!

Happy, Happy, Happy

Do you all watch Duck Dynasty?  It’s my new favorite show.  Cracks me up, makes me happy!  You know what else makes me happy?  Spending time with cuddly, HAPPY, doll babies like this!  Isn’t she the cutest thing ever!  3 months is typically a tough age to get a lot of variety.  Some baby’s don’t care for being on their tummies, they can’t sit on their own and they aren’t sleepy, curly newborns.  Well, this little love was SO good to me.  I even asked her mom if I could hold her for a bit after we were done shooting because she was just so sweet and cuddly.  I hope you all have a very HAPPY weekend!!
